TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is looking for a vital business partner in administering and overseeing the Learning Management Systems (LMS). In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee the implementation and utilization of LMS for franchises, their employees, and corporate employees. In addition, you will make recommendations of style and options for course and training materials. You’ll also measure for results of the LMS and work across multiple departments in managing delivery and outcome.
To be successful, you will want to be a self-starter in a very dynamic environment with the ability to identify methods and selections, make recommendations, and influencing the outcome.

  • Pay Range- $19 - $23/hour depending on experience
  • Full-time hybrid schedule: in the office two days/week and remote three days/week after an initial training period

What You'll Do:
General:
  • Establish the methods to measure delivery, access, and engagement of users.
  • Design and implement best methods of system utilization, making recommendations as needed, including software enhancements or alternatives.
  • Deployment, communication and tracking of learning courses
  • Research and evaluate tools used in design and development of training materials to enhance the quality, performance and look as needed.
  • Manage projects according to timelines, metrics, and methods, and are delivered as outlined and on schedule.
  • Maintain communication with key stakeholders throughout projects.
User Management:
  • Creates user logins as needed and assigns permissions
  • Creates and manages user and location structures
  • manages course enrollment
Course Management:
  • Publishes and archives online or blended learning solutions, assigns training curricula, and adds and deletes resources.
  • Develops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reports.
  • Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from the brand representative(s).
  • Manages tracking of course revisions and history.
  • Builds online assessments and evaluations in LMS for courses.
Troubleshooting:
  • Provides troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing courses.
  • Serves as point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS vendor and other vendor support services.
  • Reviews and monitors system performance.
  • Works with the brand representatives to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accessing the LMS and course content.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proficient in the SCORM standard and must be able to ensure a compliant process within the system.
  • Proficient in Word, Power Point, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrate and Adobe Captivate.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements & priorities may change.
  • Must be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills through determination of root causes and development of corrective action plans.
  • Ability to complete tasks both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to persevere in overcoming obstacles and setbacks by taking swift and efficient action and sharing best practices.
