Special Qualifications:
- Require intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Optional experience with MS SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Postman, and Integromat (Make).
- Require at least one year of LMS Administration or Registrar/Student Information System experience, preferably with Docebo LMS.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and with different levels of technological understanding
- Ability to multitask under pressure (prioritize tasks and decision making).
- Capability to research and analyze data using standard tools such as MS Excel
- Ability to work within a deadline with good time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service (both internal and external).
- Prefer at least one year of experience with troubleshooting/supporting web conferencing technologies such as GoTo Training, Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Prefer at least one year of experience with data collection/survey tools such as SurveyMonkey, CognitoForms, etc.
- Prefer at least one year of experience with Policies and Procedures (P&P) authoring
- Prefer at least one year of experience working in an IACET or otherwise accredited or certified environment. Bonus Points: Demonstrated leadership in attaining or maintaining an institutional certification.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues within the LMS and associated systems
- Read and interpret schedules, comparing information across various systems
- Provide excellent customer service/support to internal personnel and external customers
- Monitor recurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements
- Tracks all uploaded courses, materials, multimedia content, etc. and ensure its accuracy
- Creates and modifies course configurations, assignment of roles, security controls, and permissions
- Maintains data integrity and processes such as course codes, descriptions, user/participant groups, course assignments, and monitors internal system notifications
- Maintains schedule of current and cancelled courses and ensures LMS communicates the course status according to approved processes
- Manages certifications tracked through LMS and external databases and applies rules to granting new certifications
- Maintains and manages paper document lifecycle from creation to destruction
- Creates credentials for new users; terminates accounts and resets passwords
- Provides ongoing training and support resources for stakeholders/end-users
- Communicates bugs/glitches and unexpected errors to management to ensure issues are resolved expediently
- Prepares reports and analytics to provide measurable analysis of overall learning effectiveness and efficiency
- Create process documentation, user guides, quick reference guides as directed.
- Process key cards, rosters, certificates, and other administrative documentation in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as within small teams, and exercise sound judgement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Create, maintain, and analyze various reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Provide data and insight to management to support business decisions.
- Assist with the investigation of failed credit card payments; resolve any exceptions or issues and retrieve receipts.
- Provide information for various audits throughout year.
- Create and maintain library of P&Ps
- May be required to schedule, interface with/greet students, vendors, and other visitors to the facility
- Coordinate scheduling, rooms, and catering for meetings and classes
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
