What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creatively driving the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of all electronic based product, process, and people training and development opportunities throughout the company.
• Partnering with leadership to identify the needs, prioritize, and launch interactive, effective, and innovative solutions.
• Monitoring usage of creative designs, continuously improving the strategy or tactics, and ensuring overall success for employees, the company, and customers.

What You’ll Need:

• High-level of creative abilities and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of instructional technology, including assessments
• Understanding of web design best practices
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Experience with design software such as InDesign, Captivate, Articulate, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Instructional Design, Instructional System Design, Graphics Design, Marketing, Training and Development
