The Loan Operations Mortgage Loan Boarder inputs and updates data into the financial institution computer systems.

• Loan boarding: Input of all closed loans to Bank operating platform either by interface or manually. This includes building all borrower and guarantor RIMs, addingCIP and OFAC verifications.
• Verify all loans for accuracy after boarded into Core.
• Ensure all loan packages are sent to Document Imaging for maintaining those documents using a variety of storage media, monitors proper handling and storage of sensitive documents.
• Assist Auditors and Examiners as requested.
• Assist customers either in person or by phone as needed.
• Responsible for being compliant with all regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to job function.
• Assists other departments as needed due to employee vacations or absences.
• Carry out such other duties as may be assigned or requested.

Requirements:

• Previous Loan Operations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment such as calculators, fax machines and copiers.
• Good computer skills with working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing programs.
• Good understanding of financial institutions products and services.
• Good working knowledge of other departments in the bank as they relate to loan administration operations.
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
