Job description

Role centered around logistics in all modalities: ocean shipments, drayage, full and partial truckload, air freight and small parcel shipments, as long as 3PL warehouse supervision.

The concentration is on ocean import shipments.

The Senior Logistics Coordinator will have a hand on giving booking instructions to the suppliers, coordinating all kind of shipments and assisting the Global Logistics Manager in general.

Periodically scrubbing data and making sure the shipments’ information is accurate.

Exposure to special projects and to the implementation of the new company-wide ERP system .

Requirements:

2 years of Ocean shipments experience is a must.

Proficiency with MS Excel is required.

Excellent communication skills, able to absorb information and work well under pressure.

Self-starter with strong work ethics, capable of ownership of the tasks assigned with minimal supervision.

Creative approach to solve problems and systematize processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
