Job Summary
We are seeking talented Logistic Managers to join our corporate team. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to work in both inside and outside environments. The ideal candidate will be able to manage operations based on KPIs and ensure teams are executing their assigned task effectively. We are seeking candidates who have leadership experience or a strong appetite for leadership. The selected candidate must be able to collaborate with other leaders to manage operations and create process or make adjustments to enhance performance.
Requirements:Objectives of this Role
The role will be orchestrating the movement of 2000+ vehicle assets on a daily basis. This role will over see the transportation of vehicle between locations, ensuring they are properly cleaned and ready for redeployment daily. Will coordinate schedules for teams and ensure the team leads are properly equipped to manage their team effectively.
Required Skills
- Experience developing and implementing logistic strategies
- Experienced in moving logistical products through various lifecycles
- Provide leadership guidance to the Team Leads and individual team members
- Successfully operate and achieve KPIs
- Create and manage resource schedules
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
- Generate reports daily, weekly and monthly or as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of logistics experienced
- Strong leadership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Must be willing to work on-site in both inside and outside environment
- Military experience is highly preferred
