Voyager Global Mobility, LLC is an international leader in the developing mobility sector, serving the rapidly growing ridesharing industry, car sharing and local mobility marketplaces. We have operations in New York (Brooklyn & Long Island City), North America and Mexico. We project our fleet to be in excess of 10,000 vehicles. Buggy is experiencing hypergrowth and is looking for a Logistics Manager who can utilize best practices to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of fleet moves for North American Operations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of logistics requests
- Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates
- Schedule and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams.
- Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
- Work with internal departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
- Evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field or Relevant Experience.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior fleet management experience a plus.
