Logistics Operation Coordinator

Royal Management Logistics located in Fair Lawn, NJ is a freight broker seeking a self-motivated Logistics Operation Coordinator to immediately join our team and help us grow our expanding business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers to satisfy their needs and requirements
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (drivers, carriers) to cover routes and manage availability and customer requirements
• Manage orders through planning and coordinating with carriers, vendors, etc. to achieve profitable transactions and mutual satisfaction

• Responsible for daily load management and advanced scheduling, to ensure that loads are serviced properly and on time and reach destination accordingly.
• Proactively identify potential issues and create appropriate solutions, escalate as needed.
• Accurately maintain logistics data within the company ERP system.

Desired Skills:

• Well organized and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
• Positive attitude with ability to interact clearly and professionally
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior experience with Ascend, DAT Solutions, and Truck Stop, a plus

Work Location: On-Site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
