Job description
Consultant Pharmacist group is seeking geriatric Consultant Pharmacists to perform medication regimen reviews (MRRs) in accordance with state and federal regulations for residents residing in SNFs and ALFs.
Flexible schedule with remote work and monthly travel to each facility.
Successful candidates must have the following minimum qualifications:
* Registered pharmacist license in good standing
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to contribute to an interdisciplinary team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $62,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
