Job description

A popular sushi restaurant located in Alhambra, CA is looking for EXPERIENCED sushi chef specialized in sashimi, omakase, sushi, etc.

The candidate must possess the below skills:

• Be able to communicate and engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Be able to lead, mentor, and train a team of other sushi chefs as needed
• A minimum of +10 years’ experience in sushi, omakase, menu creation and fish fabrication
• Must be impeccably groomed, maintain good hygiene, good posture, and tools.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 40 or more hours per week

Compensation and hours can be discussed further during in-person interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $250.00 per day
