• Supervises Lot Attendant
• Required to be able to perform Lot Attendant’s job
• Monitors that vehicles have been processed correctly
• Manages daily storage report is current & accurate in real time
• Prepares personal property letters & sends out at post office through log verification
• Records any undelivered personal property letters in RDN & maintains file
• Meets with debtors & transporters to release personal property & vehicles
• Prepares release paperwork & collects any fees due / updates RDN with release and notes
• Uploading all outside services to google drive and alerting back office of outside charges for billing
• Tracks personal property expiring and disposing of w/approval
• Answers office telephone
• Schedules the appointments for redemptions, personal property, & transport - ensures that all photos, condition reports, etc. have been completed prior to release
• Case updates - monitoring cases that have not been ran by Agents
• Ensuring all delivery receipts and condition reports are completed and submitted to back office
• Staying in communication with back office to schedule getting keys cut & of any transport charges
• Managing key inventory & properly tagged
• Verifying vehicles are empty of personal property (tag removed) and staged for transport the night before
• Ensuring fees charged are reported to back office daily and properly stored

Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable, and professional attitude. Must be able to multi-task. Must pass a criminal background check. Repossession office experience a plus. Automotive industry a plus. Extremely fast-paced environment experience a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
