****Now offering sign-on bonus.*** We currently have 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts available. $1.00 an hour more for shift differential pay.
Responsible for the care of residents in designated area of facility. Communicates with off going and arriving shifts to ensure continuum quality of care. Makes rounds, evaluates the physical, emotional and social needs of residents making sure these are being met through staff. Prepares and administers medications and treatments according to procedure. Documents on records per policy and procedures. Reviews care plans and assures these plans are being met by staff. Participates in meetings and in-services.
