SUMMARY: The LPN/Independent Living Supports Coordinator works to uphold excellent consumer service standards by managing resources and providing hands-on support and training for Independent Living Coordinators. All the Independent Living Supports Coordinator’s activities must reflect the Independent Living Philosophy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

TRBR

Administer Tuberculosis screening by appointment only.

Read and interpret Tuberculosis screening results during in-house clinics.

Distribute, review, and monitor yearly TRBR records.

Assists agency staff members through individual and group conferences in analyzing problems and in improving skills and understanding to implement the independent living philosophy.

Provides training, education, and direction on the quality and timeliness of all compliance document as stipulated in agency policies and procedures and as directed by the COO.

Participates in developing and implementing agency administrative policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
