Tobin Exclusive: Seeking TWO RDO/Regional Administrators in O-H-I-O! as the result of a recent company expansion, for the following regions:

· Southern OH – 8 SNFs

· North Eastern OH – 10 SNFs

*Must have current/recent multi-site expertise serving in front-line Operations as either a seasoned:

· Regional Director of Operations (no less than two years serving successfully in this role); or a

· Sr. Administrator (no less than five years serving successfully in this capacity).

Earning potential will absolutely DOE/career ROI, ranging anywhere from $150,000-$200,000 annual base.

• LTC Ownership Transition/Portfolio Expansion: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Ohio LNHA (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
