DANIELLA SHEVEL is a fast growing, luxury women's footwear brand with an exciting opportunity that has high long-term growth potential. We are seeking strong candidates to join our new retail location in Manhattan, New York as sales associates and managers who have experience in luxury retail.

Job Description - Customer Experience

  • 2-3 days per week (up to 21 hours)
  • Interact with customer to ensure a great customer experience in a manner that values customers’ time.
  • Assess customers’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
  • Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
  • Facilitate a seamless end-to-end customer experience by conducting accurate and

timely customer transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs(e.g., buy online) according to company standards.

  • Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with customers and attend to

customer or store needs.

  • Receive customer feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action

and “make it right” for customers.

Working with Others

  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and customers.
  • Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer experience and support

store operations.

Operations

  • Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., put items back in place, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory, destock or relocate items) according to company standards.
  • Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive customer experiences.
  • Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment of the store.
  • Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of retail experience preferably in luxury or footwear space
  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving attitude
  • Able to assess priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Collaborative spirit and proactive environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
