What we offer you:

• 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour workdays. Eight (8) hours each day is regular pay, 3 ½ hours each day is time and a half
• Rate of pay begins $22.88/hour, increases based on individual performance, your gained knowledge determines when you get a pay increase

What you'll do:

• Set single and multiple die sets in automatic strip fed presses for blanking and forming caps, align punches with dies, adjust strike and draw pressure; install or adjust associated attachments
• Remove dies from presses along with associated parts for repairs
• Align punches with dies, adjust stroke and draw pressure; install or adjust associated attachments such as feed mechanisms and any sub-assembly associated with the setup
• Setup, maintain and adjust threaders and lugger, compo ovens; remove and install tooling, guides, chutes etc.
• Change belts, chains, chutes guides and other parts
• Diagnose reasons for production failures, reports findings to supervision, make necessary repairs associated with maintenance or setup or may advise and assist and assist personnel from the tool room, electrical, machine repair and maintenance in making necessary repairs

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
