Twin City Staffing is seeking a machine operator for a growing manufacturer in Little Canada. This machine operator role offers weekly pay, benefits, and room for growth.
Location: Little Canada
Wage: $18.25/hr.
Hours:
- 3 pm – 1 am, Monday - Thursday
- 7 am - 7 pm, Friday - Sunday
- 7 pm - 7 am, Friday - Sunday

Duties of the machine operator:
- Load equipment with raw material using overhead crane and/or forklift
- Measure material to ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Complete inspection reports, routers and production reports
- Package parts per order
- Perform maintenance as needed
- Complete assigned duties in accordance with safety policies and practices
- Wear approved personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, etc.
Requirements of the machine operator:
- Experience operating overhead cranes
- Read and understand measuring tools and equipment such as a tape measure, calipers and micrometer
- Perform math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of fractions as well as convert fractions to decimals or vice versa
- Understand and read blueprints
- Recognize and interpret colors according to the company’s classification system
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs., as well as lift and move heavier objects with the assistance of cranes, forklifts, or another employee
