Your Opportunity:
Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a Mailing Equipment Operator to perform quality checks and prepare mail for shipping at the Arden Hills, MN location
Shift Available:
- 6am -2pm; Monday – Friday
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the daily processing and shipment of mail
- Operate power jacks and forklifts for moving, unloading and loading trailers
- Works jointly with all mailing vendors
- Identify and troubleshoot Postal issues with regards to mail preparation, mail piece design, mail sortation and mail piece attributes
- To engage in Quality Assurance.
You Must Have:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, excel and word. Position requires the use of spreadsheets and document creation
- Understanding of billing codes specific to mail types
- Ability and understanding to use scales and pallet wrappers
We Would Also Prefer:
- Must have ability to work with very close tolerances
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members
- High degree of analytical skills
