Timeshare Sales Representative – IN HOUSE/MAIN LINE (Limited Positions Available)

Vacation Village is seeking experienced sales representatives. At Vacation Village, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset. We reward our employees’ efforts by providing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan as well as other benefits to secure their financial future.

We provide sales training for our vacation products. Our sales representatives receive a per diem and earn commissions and bonus.

Job Responsibilities

Sales representatives will be selling our vacation ownership products to current owners and new guests in a professional manner. This includes:

• Performing tours of our resort with guests which include having a meal with guests.
• Communicating to guests the advantages and benefits of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.
• Preview our models and resort amenities.
• Identifying and resolving guests’ concerns during their tour of the resort and purchase.
• Surveying guests regarding their travel desires, habits and frequency of travel in order to assess their needs.

Position Requirements

• Previous Timeshare sales experience a big plus, but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on positive attitude and effective communication skills.

Pay: $27,612.00 - $149,626.00 per year
