Job description
AAA Southern Pennsylvania has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Associate in our York, PA office. This position is ideal for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a general knowledge of routine maintenance/repairs.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Establish, monitor, and carry out preventive maintenance procedures and schedules for buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks at the company buildings, including minor plumbing maintenance.
- Make recommendations for major repairs.
- Contact external contractors to obtain quotes and arrange for major repairs to be completed.
- Maintain accurate records of building maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain the building HVAC equipment.
- Snow removal as required and directed.
- Account for all deliveries and accurately record warehouse shipments.
- Make deliveries to other AAA Southern Pennsylvania offices/locations in a company vehicle as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required
