Maintenance Person
Job description
Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on rooms, kitchen and mechanical room. Work closely with housekeeping and communicating with front desk. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Small projects, etc!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
