Legow Management Company, L.L.C., is a family owned and operated real estate investment and management business. LMC owns and manages 35 rental apartment communities throughout New Jersey and one in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance person for Timber Ridge, our 192-unit townhouse community in Lindenwold, NJ. This is a great opportunity and brings with it a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including health insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) Plan with company match, paid time off, paid sick leave.

Our Maintenance person works closely with the Superintendent to provide outstanding customer service to our residents and will be responsible for the following:

· Repairs to plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical systems, appliances, ceramic tile and minor carpentry

· Prepare apartments for rental

· Preventative maintenance

· Must be available for after-hours emergencies as required

Qualifications for this position include the following:

· Professional image

· Strong mechanical and customer service skills

· Strong verbal communication skills

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Must have command of the English language
