Maintenance Supervisor
Shortline/COACHUSA has an opening for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor at they're new Chester, New York facility. This is a fast place environment which is full of excitement.

Compensation:
57K - Based in experience

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and assist in the repair, fueling and cleaning of motor coaches.
- Ability to manage multiple task
- Ability to motivate workforce
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance inspections to company standards
- Ensure an OSHA compliant work environment along with meeting company safety goals
- Be able to perform hands- on work activities as required
- Ensures that all daily paper work and reports are completed in a timely fashion
- Assist with parts inventory, if required.

Requirements:

- Technical experienced in bus or heavy truck industry
- CDL B with a passenger, air brake endorsement ( will help to obtain )
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with New York State DOT a plus
- Must be able to work in a flexible work schedule, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
