We prioritize delivering the highest caliber customer service possible by using the latest car wash machinery, technology, and chemicals to ensure we can deliver on that promise. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to service our locations. The ideal candidate is a highly precise work, detail-oriented, and have a preference for high quality and technical expertise.

This role will report to the Operations Manager and partners with the district management team to address maintenance and installation priorities while minimizing impact to production. The position requires a complete understanding of the company’s culture, priorities, and deadlines. A good attitude and strong work ethic are a must, and if you can bring those two things, you will be successful.

Experience:

We are looking for someone who has 3 - 5 years of trade school or equivalent in-field technical experience. This person will have a strong sense to follow-through on delegated tasks and assignments.

The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

· facilitate maintenance and installation projects at our current, new, and upcoming state-of-the-art car washes.

· Maintain a positive working relationship across all of the Caliber Car Wash Operations locations.

· Travel to current, new, and upcoming locations

· Perform a wide range of duties related to installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing machinery and backroom equipment.

· Moderate experience troubleshooting, resolving, and testing in at least four of the following competencies:

o Electrical

o Mechanical aptitude

o Hydraulics

o Welding

o Pneumatics

o Plumbing

· Read and interpret manuals, work orders, schematics, and other equipment documentation.

· Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment as needed.

· Comply with all safety guidelines, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.

· Work efficiently and effectively when juggling multiple projects.

· Positive attitude; ability to be flexible when adopting new processes and procedures.

· Follow all appearance, uniform, and grooming standards.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· 4+ Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience

· 4+ Years of Preventive Maintenance Experience

· 3-5 years of trade school or equivalent in-field technical experience in advanced electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, or car washing.

· Previous experience working at a car wash will be highly preferred.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, off-production hours, and on-call hours.

· Ability to work indoors or outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions.

· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, see variations in color, and climb and work from ladders.

· Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
