We seek a Las Vegas, NV-based full-time roving Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Your role is to make repairs and maintenance for the community while delivering excellent customer service to our residents.

As a work-family member, you will join our fantastic maintenance team and report to the Community Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Utilize your maintenance skills to complete quality service work orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members for ideas and solutions.
• Openly communicate with maintenance and office teams.
• Assist residents with helpful, caring customer service.
• Promote a pleasant work environment for co-workers and guests.
• Be dependable to work Monday - Friday
• Assist sister properties as needed

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance//make-ready experience in multifamily housing plus the following credentials/skills:

• Currently lives close to Las Vegas, NV
• A valid driver's license (required)
• Passion for fixing/making repairs
• Ability to work alone or with a team
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges, and have the desire to grow.
• A keen eye for detail
• Proactively juggle/complete multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Dependable; stable
• Politely communicate with residents, onsite staff, and management
• A positive attitude
