FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECH

This position will report to work at the Outlets at Anthem location. Seeking an individual with well rounded work experience in maintenance and repair work. Must have abilities to make repairs and maintain various facility areas, including: interior and exterior buildings and grounds, equipment and vehicles. Applicants should have a strong work ethic with attributes of dependability, reliable attendance, working with a sense of urgency, strong organizational skills and having a service oriented personality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Repair sheetrock and painting
• General plumbing,including the full replacement of a toilet/urinal and auto flush valves
• HVAC preventative maintenance
• Mechanical, Carpentry, and basic electrical repairs
• Operating sweepers,scrubbers and pressure washer
• Maintain the misting system and understands the nuances of the pumps and motors to maximize their life span.
• Maintain the jockey pumps for the well to ensure everything is in working order.
• Maintaining the righting modules inside the LED sign.
• Maintain all center equipment and vehicles according to guidelines established by the Operations Manager. Must be able to change oil,filters, etc., without guidance.
• Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots to the standards set by center management for acceptable maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and very organized maintenance shop, ensuring certain equipment and supplies are easily accessible and in good repair.
• Perform all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.
• Interacts professionally with the public, vendors and center staff; maintains effective working relationships and works· in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all safety procedures established .for the center.
• Insure complete working knowledge and familiarity of all center Emergency Procedures.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned, such as set-up of marketing events.

CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES

• Valid Drivers License

At the option of the Company, persons hired into this position may be required to either possess or obtain designated licenses, certificates or specialized education and training relevant to the area of assignment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
• Three years of skilled or semi skilled maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties required.
