Job description

We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to help with our production facility maintenance. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a background in repairing and maintaining production equipment or similar experience. This person should be an efficient team player who is capable of working independantly under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The right person will be passionate about keeping our equipment and systems in working and safe order.

Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance of equipment and building
• Basic repairs
• Machine operation
• Inspect processing equipment.
• Work order maintenance
• Parts inventory control
• Alert appropriate staff to potential equipment problems.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Inspect and test mechanical systems.
• Inspect building surroundings to ensure safety.

Candidate should posess the ability to work in refrigeration as a part of a team, operate hand and power tools, be mechanically inclined, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
