Job description
JOB SUMMARY:Contributes to the Harts Hardware by performing a wide variety of facility maintenance/ renovation work, performing skilled work to ensure the store facilities are maintained/ renovated to create a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for our customers and staff. This position will have an impact on store operations by minimizing downtime and on customers and staff satisfaction and safety.
Part time Property Maintnance Support with flexible schedule of 15 to 20 hours a week is needed for local hardware store.
Must be able to do
light carpentry, repairs, painting, building maintenance and display work, greasing, machinery maintenance, assembling products for sale and delivery,
valid drivers license make store deliveries
ability to lift 60 lbs and lift and move supplies maintenance heating and cooling system filter change out
light electrical and plumbing support.
able to rewire lamps and make odd end
jobs.
able to climb a ladder
