What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Oaks, a 181-unit apartment community located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio . As a Maintenance Technician at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for:
- Trouble-shooting resident service issues including, HVAC, general appliance work, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Ensuring the completion of all market-ready apartments, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, and community inspections
- Responding to maintenance work orders and following up with residents and office staff
- Working with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that both the interior and exterior of the property meet company standards
- Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with emergency on-call rotation as designated by the Property Manager
The ideal Maintenance Technician will have:
- 1 or more years of related experience that demonstrates a broad knowledge of general maintenance
- HVAC certification is required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- A valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and reliable method of transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
