National Vision is currently looking for a Managed Care Sr Biller to join our growing team!

The role is responsible for Billing and the timely and complete follow up of all managed care contracted and non-contracted partners.

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

• Follows up with assigned accounts in order to decrease aging days through timely reimbursement.
• Identifies employee training needs, billing issues and concerns, and follows up by immediately referring them to the Billing Team Lead.
• Works closely with the Billing Team Lead to identify issues and concerns regarding billing policies and procedures, as well as, assists in streamlining the billing process.
• Delivers exceptional customer service.

• 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)

Education

• High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; E.G. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc
