Job description
Overall operation of the restaurant. Opening, closing, daily operation and quality control. Hiring, training, scheduling, managing staff. Need to have ability to "manage" people (staff and customers).
"Some" restaurant experience is recommended, however we train from start to finish to insure that all mangers are well equipped for the job. Life experience has greater value, as opposed to higher education yet few people skills.
