Title:

Full P&L and cashflow responsibility for Missile Aviation and Ground Systems Division within Defense Systems Engineering Business Unit. Fosters strong/disciplined control and Compliance environment. Applies fundamental accounting principles to forecast, control, and report project costs, revenue, profit, backlog and cashflow within an organization. Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of financial results, and both customer and corporate reporting. Reviews project costs, revenue, profit, backlog and cashflow, calculates future financial information and risk analysis.

Duties Will Include - Under broad direction, is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within the project control's function. Responsible for leading the Program, Planning and Controls team to support Operations. Drive process improvements, provide financial information, complete customer financial reporting requirements, support cashflow initiatives, review forecast and budgets with DSE leaders, review and prepare funds run out information, program backlog, quarterly reporting requirements, variance commentary, etc.

Qualification – Undergraduate degree (finance, accounting, business) +16 years of experience

Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Financial acumen, familiar with Costpoint, Excel, COBRA, EPM; excellent written and oral communication skills; change management skills; effective leadership and team building abilities; able to handle multiple/ competing priorities; results driven; Experience in Government contracting environment.
