Position: EVS Director

Location: Louisville, KY

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Metz Environmental Services is hiring an EVS Director in Louisville, KY. We are looking for an experienced EVS Director to oversee environmental services staff and projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator and well-organized with the ability to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities, motivational techniques, and high energy will set you apart.

Responsibilities

· Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of patient rooms and public areas

· Lead, hire, and train housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction

· Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies

· Document areas cleaned by housekeepers and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests

· Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a similar role
• Well-versed in environmental services best practices
• Experience managing 10+ personnel
