Manager in Training

You will work with assigned staff members/managers to learn all aspects of the business including operations, staffing, people development, facility maintenance and more. This is an ideal opportunity for ambitious individuals with solid work/educational experience who are looking to get into a growing company who values their employees.
Do you have:
- At least 2 years of management experience in a customer service industry
- Associates degree or higher
- A valid driver’s license
- Dependable and reliable individual with the flexibility to open and close the store consistently
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
- Taking pride in your work and paying attention to detail
- Standing and walking, outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
