In the role of Learning Management System Manager, you’ll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills.


About the role

Critical Top Line Accountabilities:

  • Technical SME for all systems and administration for Learning and Development in BTS
  • Accountable for Service Management & Delivery with suppliers
  • Assuring compliance and regulatory monitoring for BTS

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage MSP relationship Responsible for managing all training aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate, maintain, and monitor training timelines by providing and managing training reports in support of internal timelines.
  • Responsible for performing System Audit Trail Reviews, User Account Maintenance, Periodic Reviews and System Maintenance Activities as per the applicable governing procedures.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of administrative tasks ensuring their timely completion in accordance with system specific procedures.
  • Maintain system specific technical documentation for GxP Systems.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to determine the end user requirements, and how best the system can be managed to support training requests, maintain compliance, and support ongoing user needs.
  • Maintain internal SOPs, work instructions and all other documentation related to the training program.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments on training curricula setup and annual reviews.
  • Ensure all training records are completed correctly and retained according to internal procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of proven experience with administration of a Learning Management System, UL ComplianceWire®
  • Minimum of seven (5-7) years or more in the pharmaceutical industry with GxP experience.
  • Must have experience with CAPA and manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated strong project management experience and skills.
  • Quality assurance management process experience highly preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Occasionally mobile within home office environment.
  • Routinely in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Constantly operating a computer, printer, telephone, and other similar office machinery.
