Manager, Loyalty Program Analytics (REMOTE)
Job description
We are searching for a Manager, Loyalty Program Analytics to join the Loyalty Team within the Foot Locker, Inc Global Marketing Department. This individual contributor will be an integral part of the team that’s responsible for research, analytics, and problem solving for FLX, Foot Locker’s loyalty program. There is a focus on CRM and member communication analysis but may also include deep dives into member enrollment, retention, and program operations. You will be part of an agile team that works to improve member experience and inform business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize SQL, Power BI and other analytical tools, to support all loyalty team and direct business partners
- Develop an expert-level understanding of our membership and customer data as well as its source systems
- Provide behavioral and post-campaign analyses to inform the loyalty team performance objectives and shape future strategies
- Measure, report, and strategize metrics to support loyalty eCommerce, Retail sales, operations, and marketing campaign growth opportunities
- Deliver key findings to loyalty team and members of the business through presentations and direct engagement that result in actions and improved decision making
- Transform and distill high complexity/high impact business inquiries into innovative analytic solutions; Understand the story the data is telling and effectively communicate it to team members and leadership
- Research and troubleshoot problems & questions related to deployed analytic solutions
- Experienced in BI data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Microstrategy, Tableau)
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute measurable and actionable onsite optimization tests (A/B/N, MVT, Automated Personalization) across digital properties to increase conversion rates and drive revenue
- Maintain knowledge on the latest data technology and loyalty member best practices
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college. Master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role. Preferably in supporting Retail sales
- Experience with CRM Analytics, Email, Campaign Analytics. (back-end analytics, customer lifecycle knowledge)
- Individual must be curious and always asking, ‘Why?’, and want to be part of a larger team, with a strong desire to see others succeed
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills along with an understanding of how to tell a complete story through data; We provide insights, we don’t just list numbers and metrics
- Knowledge of other varyious analytical disciplines, along with conversion optimization concepts and best practices for responsive web, mobile apps and digital marketing campaigns
- Advanced Excel skills and SQL knowledge; python knowledge is a strongly preferred; understand how to create dashboards.
- Knowledge of advanced statistics, data manipulation, and research methods preferred
- Ability to perform statistical analysis of A/B/N utilizing python, R, or other comparable statistical packages preferred
- Must be able to think both creatively and critically
- Must be highly motivated and be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Loyalty Analytics experience a plus

The annual base salary range is $79000-$100000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
