Job description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sports Marketing in our Northeast Region, you will be the project leader to develop Sports event programs in the region. These programs will include driving localized results, all the way to large National properties that could become Global best practices. You will work with internal and external partners, including athletes, to build high impact, authentic and engaging events that support our strategies in Sports. You will create events, inform goal setting, identify sports scenes across our region's wide spectrum of landscapes and playgrounds, and build trusted relationships across many communities and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Manage the creative development of future Red Bull events - gold standard.
Support Sr. Sports Marketing Managers and Brand Managers in building quarterly plans and business plans.
Lead quality event execution and production for all region Red Bull Sports events.
Develop project plans, oversee its execution, and lead the project team.
Source and manage Event Production Companies and oversee all event logistics.
Fiscally responsible for event budgets on assigned projects.
Develop activation plans that promote relevance locally and regionally.
Manage the distribution of event collateral in the region.
Work with Region marketing leadership and 3rd-parties to develop new branding solutions for events.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

- 3+ years of experience overseeing concept to completion high profile sport events.
- Success finding creative and unique solutions for project management and execution.
- Experience with and an understanding of sports landscapes and how they evolve.
- Experience managing large budgets.
- Experience building marketing efforts that improve event attendance.
- Experience working with relevant distribution outlets (all communication channels).
- Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
- English, additional languages an advantage
- Travel 0-10%
