Extreme Machine and Fab, INC, is seeking an experienced individuals operate Manual Lathes and Mills to manufacture parts to customer drawings or sketches.

Extreme Machine and Fab (EMF) is currently looking for Machinists who are, strive for knowledge and dedicated to their work. On the job training will be provided. They will be responsible for machining work center functions, maintaining quality and safety standards in a job shop environment.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate equipment to manufacture a product according to print specifications
• Inspect blueprints to determine accurate and precise dimensions and configurations
• Choosing proper cutting tools and machine speed and feed rates according to part specifications and machine capabilities
• Perform setups and teardowns on a vast amount of jobs
• Perform quality checks on in-process parts before and after operation to ensure parts meet quality specs based off blueprints
• Perform basic maintenance of equipment
• Commitment to keeping a clean work area
• Meet production deadlines through educated machining techniques and critical thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
