ASSEMBLERS NEEDED - MULTIPLE OPENINGS!

A long standing, local employer is seeking skilled Assemblers to fill their 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am) temporary to hire positions! The pay rate is $17.83/hr. and the company offers great benefits once permanently hired.

In this position you will:

• Plan and perform a range of operations to assemble machine components, subassemblies, tooling and standard machine products.
• Refer to drawings, process sheets, shop orders, specifications and instructions to determine operational sequences.
• Assemble and erect basic machines on the floor involving assembly of various parts, controls, subassemblies and unites to machine frames, drive shaft and flywheel, align table assemblies, covers, doors, boxes, panels, hoods and other sheet metal attachments.
• Perform ordinary wiring operations using diagrams and instructions to assemble and wire various control boxes, control switches, motors, transformers, etc.
• Box, crate, pack and protect machine parts and machines for shipment.
• Load and unload machine parts and machines and secure on truck or in container for safe transport.

• Williamsville, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• machine assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
• machine wiring: 1 year (Preferred)
• drawings, process sheets, schematics: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:
