Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Employment Type: Contract (1-3 years)

Location: East Moline & Davenport, IA

Pay Range: $30-45 depending on experience, open to college graduates

Job Description

Assembly manufacturing engineer

BS degree in Engineering and ideally 1-2+ years exp.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environment

Looking for a self-starter that is comfortable on the shop floor

Ability to drive Assembly Build Issues to root cause and problem solve

Duties

Provide Assembly ME support and basic troubleshooting for current manufacturing operations in front end final assembly

Position is eligible (based off performance) for incremental, progressive retention bonuses at every 90 days for the first year on assignment. $5,000 for the first year broken down below

• $750 at 3 months

• $1,000 at 6 months

• $1,250 at 9 months

• $2,000 at 12 months

Retention bonuses are forfeited for those who do not complete their assignments or end assignments early.
