Wells Fargo is seeking a Global Talent Marketing Manager (Business Execution Manager) in Human Resources as a part of Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Create, plan, execute and measure marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, social, email, SMS, etc.) to attract and engage talent
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives aligned to Global Talent Marketing
- Drive strategic growth initiatives focused on talent attraction and engagement
- Lead integrated content strategy and planning initiatives to ensure relevant and on brand talent-related content is created, curated and distributed across the digital recruitment ecosystem
- Manage the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns (from strategy, requirements gathering, creative approach, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis)
- Lead on-going optimization and adoption of CRM programs to drive continued growth and engagement with talent
- Manage all talent marketing and engagement channels, including the career site
- Manage the data, tracking and reporting from our marketing campaigns and produce monthly reports on key insights.
- Provide insights and market intelligence to the Talent Acquisition community to help inform marketing strategies
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
- 2+ years leading a team and managing day-to-day activities to execute on deliverables
- 4+ years talent branding and marketing experience or other comparable branding and marketing experience
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Experience managing global campaigns, programs and initiatives
- Experience in digital marketing, communications, talent acquisition, or customer engagement
- Experience analyzing metrics and articulating data trends both visually and verbally
- Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
