JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sinclair Tractor is seeking a driven individual for the position of Marketing and Events Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to for a candidate with drive, determination, and aspiration to own Customer Relationship Management and special events within an organization. A marketing professional who desires to become a leader to make a difference every day!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Manages JDAIM/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) information on current and prospective customers and ensures customer information is accurate and complete
• Develops processes for managing customer information and trains all necessary employees on the proper use of the CRM

• Ensure consistent updates to all Sinclair-owned websites and assist in developing an executable plan to elevate customer experience

• Coordinates logistics, communications, and activities for customer experience events and meetings, including the documentation of best practices
• Assist with the planning and execution of vendor shows and off-site promotional displays ensuring they adhere to advertising guidelines set forth by both the dealership and John Deere
• Develops processes for management of promotional items and works to ensure all employees adhere to the processes and procedures
• Assist with advertising and promotions for the dealership by assisting with day-to-day operational items such as creating graphics, writing scripts, analyzing data and assisting with the customer experience journey
• Assist with developing location showrooms into functional user-friendly spaces that aim to increase customer traffic and generates sales

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Experience in graphic design preferred
• Basic clerical expertise and knowledge of office procedures
• Proven ability to manage projects which would include multi-tasking, prioritizing, and successfully managing multiple events simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to use a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management application
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Associates degree in marketing or graphic designed preferred

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

As needed to and from job sites and customer locations

COMPENSATION AND HOURS:

• Starting salary dependent on experience – room for growth and opportunity
• Monday thru Friday with 8 am – 5 pm; Some overtime required Seasonally
