Job description

The Marketing Assistant will assist with projects directed at maximizing marketing outreach programs and marketing campaigns. This position will also take on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.

Duties Include:

• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success. Prepare local event set-up materials and event maintenance and errands (decoration and food pick up)
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Organizing and ordering marketing collateral. Including maintaining the marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory of sales printed materials, sales baskets, and Renova collateral.
• Maintain customer-facing marketing materials including gift baskets, collateral, break kits, etc.
• Organize, maintain, and replenish supplies for the Marketing Warehouse.
• Social media platform assistancein cordinating pictures and content.
• Assist with community outreach and company events such as: walks, summits, and mixers. Assist with gathering a team and placement of banners etc.

Skill Set:

• 1+ years experience working in marketing or advertising
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
