- General venue maintenance.
- Appear in uniform for all shifts at scheduled time.
- Consistently maintain a professional, neat, well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene adhering to the company standards
- Provide a friendly and personal experience with a willingness to engage and interact with guests.
- Provide guests with venue information, directional information, and up to date menu.
- Greet all guests promptly, with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
- Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
- Acknowledge and greet all guests and offer to help in any capacity within your means.
- Inform management of any complaints, comments or incidents.

Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing plans and campaigns. Provide support in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying target audiences to effectively promote products or services.
- Coordinating marketing activities and projects: Manage various marketing initiatives such as advertising campaigns, social media activities, email marketing, events, and promotions. Ensure all marketing efforts are properly scheduled, tracked, and executed within defined timelines and budgets.
- Content creation and management: Contribute to the creation of marketing content including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials. Coordinate with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce engaging and consistent content aligned with the brand's messaging and tone.
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities. Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Conducting market research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and provide insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Supporting digital marketing efforts: Assist in managing digital marketing channels such as social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize campaigns, monitor analytics, and improve online visibility and engagement.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives. Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and provide necessary support to other departments as required.
- Managing marketing collateral and assets: Maintain a central repository of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and images. Ensure all marketing assets are up to date, easily accessible, and properly distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting in event planning and execution: Support the planning and coordination of marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities. Assist with logistics, vendor management, booth setup, and post-event evaluation.
- Building and maintaining relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media contacts. Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to execute marketing initiatives and leverage industry relationships for promotional opportunities.
- Monitoring industry and competitor trends: Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor activities. Monitor competitor marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to provide insights and recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.
- Administrative tasks: Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management related to marketing activities. Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to marketing projects and campaigns.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- College Degree preferred
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 18+ years of age
