Marketing Operations Associate
Location: Fully Remote, USA
Job Overview:
The Marketing Operations Associate will partner with the marketing team, and report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager. This is an entry-level role that will support and collaborate with fellow marketing team members. This role will possess an aptitude for all things marketing technology, an attention to detail and will bring a strong sense of curiosity.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations/Administration:

Troubleshooting Tier 1 platform issues, partnering with senior team members on elevated issues.
-
Supporting Contact Database Health Initiatives
-
Execute regular platform processes (Marketo, Conversica, Ringlead, others as assigned)
-
Data Entry, Upload and Review of Marketing Data
-
Support broader marketing team with ongoing regular processes
-
Document process changes
-
Partner with senior team members team to ensure process and platform alignment
Data & Insights Operations/Administration:
-
Administer current data mining processes (Tableau Prep)
-
Working closely in support of the Email/Campaign Specialists to maintain and pull target email lists across Marketo and our 3rd party email partners (MDR and MCH)

Support Data & Insights projects, as needed
Administrative Support

Review & Assign incoming projects following existing guidelines (Asana)

Review assigned incoming email boxes to:
-
Triage/Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues
-
Create Asana projects, as needed
-
Forward, as needed, to the appropriate department or team member

Job Requirements:
-
Degree in marketing, business, technology or related business field (or equivalent experience)

Self-starter & clever thinker, with a curious mind who enjoys figuring things out

High attention to detail, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude

Experience working within a collaborative and cross-functional team environment
-
Experience working with email automation, BI or CRM software
