The Marketing Project Specialist would work with the Senior Marketing Strategy Manager with handling the administrative tasks for all projects. They will monitor deadlines and workflow. This will help the team focus more on the projects, to be able to work more closely with management and regionals to identify project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with our goals.


The Marketing Project Specialist is responsible for managing internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets. The Specialist completes project management responsibilities including the coordination and completion of all marketing projects on time, within budget and within scope; setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of projects; and preparing status reports, summarizing progress and reporting to the department executive leadership team.

The Specialist will set and track priorities for marketing jobs in progress, including assigning deadlines for diverse project elements to internal staff, and will prepare advance production timelines and plans for recurring projects and acting as project lead for regular recurring projects.

The Specialist adds consistent value to the team by adapting to various situations with ease and by being flexible. The Specialist interfaces and supports other AHF departments and outside partners as needed.
