Marketing Representative- San Diego County and South Riverside County

Responsible for managing all aspects of marketing in designated territory to include establishing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, responding to requests and concerns, and further developing business opportunities through contracts and partnerships.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Drive business development by building relationships
• Routinely make personal contact with prospective and established referral sources
• Manage and grow existing pipeline as well as penetrate new business opportunities
• Conduct face to faced marketing calls with a persistent and effective nature
• Present a detailed overview of All Star’s physical therapy practices and contract agreements
• Determine targets and develop a specific plan of focus for each
• Efficiently manage time and adhere to a growth focused schedule
• Be a liaison between referral sources and clinical staff
• Maintains comprehensive book of business and shares throughout marketing and clinical team
• Reports to Marketing Director all marketing efforts and openly communicates daily
• Lead office luncheons in a large group setting to promote clinical services and staff

Requirements

• College degree
• Spanish speaking preferred
• 1-2 years marketing experience preferred
