BakeMark has an immediate job openings for Marketing Specialist!

Summary: This position supports the Marketing department, assisting with various marketing projects and activities with the objective of achieving sales & marketing goals. Core areas of responsibility include the support and direct coordination of various Marketing projects and services, including marketing communications, advertising, web development, social media support, sales and product training development, marketing collateral development and distribution, along with sales support. Upholds and complies with policies and attitudes adopted by BakeMark, following the Ways of Working as the guiding principles of best practices, both as process and a cultural guide.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Marketing Projects Coordination (labeling design, sample shipments)
• Graphic Design of Marketing Collateral (sell sheets, posters, logos)
• Web Design of BakeMark Website (WordPress updates, copy-writing)
• Social Media Account Support (copy-writing, images, etc)
• Development of BakeMark University Marketing modules
• Development and management of BakeMark ONE Marketing Teamsite
• Coordination of The Dough Press eNewsletter
• Event/Tradeshow Planning and Management
• Invoice Processing
• Special Project Support

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Must be proficient with Social Media marketing.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of WordPress.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing
• At least 2 years experience in Marketing role.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Social Media, Adobe CC

Preferred

• Experience in the food/baking industry preferred.
• Experience with marketing photography/video preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
