Job Summary:


Haven’s core focus is to improve the quality of life of our patients, clients and employees. The Marketing & Strategy Manager will directly influence this focus by assessing high level organizational marketing performance, developing achievable market goals, and implementing processes that improve organizational advertising/marketing effectiveness. The Marketing & Strategy Manager develops, maintains and supervises the digital and field marketing team. They direct all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to market trends and competition.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serves on the Haven executive leadership team and participates in all related meetings. This team drives the overall direction and strategy of the company which is wholly focused on improving the quality of our community.
  • Helps to develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy of Haven Healthcare and all affiliated companies.
  • Ensures that all current sales and marketing processes are followed.
  • Identifies process improvements to ensure consistency, simplicity, and efficiency while producing the best outcome.
  • Responsible for the LMA (lead, manage, and hold accountable) of the sales and digital marketing team.
  • Supports the development of long-term organizational strategy.
  • Conducts research and analyses brand awareness and company image.
  • Develops key relationships, assesses market trends and competition, and identifies threats and opportunities.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in business administration, management, consulting, or strategic planning.
  • Proven success in marketing strategy and development
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results oriented, strategic thinker that has a strong desire to learn the business of healthcare and how to leverage growth.
