About Our Spa

• We are a husband and wife onsite Hand and Stone Massage and Facial spa franchise owners. ( Family-Oriented)
• We are an upscale, member-based spa looking for both part-time and full-time massage therapists who are friendly, talented, and dependable and want to work in a professional and busy spa.
• Our clients come in to receive high quality, professional massages for both relaxation or pain relief. We match clients to therapists based on client needs and have a no seniority policy. Hand & Stone was founded by a physical therapist and we take great care of our therapists! Pay based on commission for services, upgrades and tips. Our therapists earn an average of $50.00 to 65.00 per hour depending upon hours worked and services provided (includes tips).

Job Duties:

• Perform Swedish and Deep tissue massages.
• Create exceptional experiences for members/guests.
• Full Paid training to learn all aspects of Hand and Stone Massage protocals and procedures for Surprise Arizona location
• Design and customize specific sessions based on client's individual needs.
• Attend training sessions
• Cleaning and Sanitizing treatment room after each session and End of shift.
• Responsible for SOAP Notes for every client

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current or Pending Arizona Massage License/Certification.
• Current Professional liability insurance.
• Valid Level one Fingerprint Clearance card

Successful Candidates Will:

• Be skilled in conducting Swedish massage and deep tissue massage.
• Be willing to learn and provide all services offered to the public: deep tissue, hot stone, sports, Himalayan salt stone, prenatal, etc.
• Learn and Follow all Policy and Procdures for Hand and Stone Surprise Arizona
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Be service-oriented and enjoy working with different types of clientele.
• Be a team player; be willing to help and assist other team members.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
• Be punctual and dependable.
